EELA-2 Travel/Accommodation Request Form

This electronic form should be filled out by EELA-2 members wanting to request partial or full funding support in order to attend EELA-2 event.
Please note that all fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

NOTICE: International flight tickets should preferably be requested at least 30 days prior to the event date.
