The official way to ask for technical support in EELA-2 is creating a ticket in the Eventum Issue System. We encourage you to signup for an account and place your questions using that system.
If you are not used to Eventum, take a look on the Eventum Quick Quide, provided by the SA1 activity. If you want to go further, there is also a document called Operations Trouble-handling Procedures that describes how Grid Users and Operators should use the Support System.
If your questions are related to the GILDA training infrastructure, you must use the GILDA support system instead.
Before placing any ticket, make sure that your question is not addressed by either the "Users and Application Developers Corner" at the EELA-2 Operations Centre website or the Gridification FAQ.
